CARSTAR Campbell's Auto Body

Seems like they did a really job…everyone was very nice and willing to answer any questions. The part I like the most was the way they continually kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle!! I only have one little gripe…….. a message on my dash says “ Check headlamp system”, and my left blinker blinks faster than the wind!! 😳😳🙄🙄🙄

I was involved in an auto accident and referred to CARSTARS through my insurance. You never know what to expect from a a referral. I arrived there the same day of the accident still a bit shook up. The receptionists were so kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They got me checked in and told me how the process works. Now I drive a lot for my job so my truck is my lifeblood. Leaving it with them was like leaving one of my kids. CARSTARS eased my worries by staying in constant communication about the progress on my truck. Anytime I had a question I could call and they were so nice about it, I never felt like I was bothering them. The day finally arrived to pick up my ride and I was impr…

This place is Amazing! When I first brought it to them ,I thought it was going to be totaled because of how bad it looked, but instead they totally blew me away! They restored it to look like brand new, like when I first got it! The paint job is spot on! They also cleaned out the inside and made it look better than when I dropped it off! I can't thank them enough ,these people are amazing .I would definitely recommend.

Someone hit me in my truck. I was so nervous on rather it would be repairable or totaled. Thank Goodness the Insurance approved the repairs. CARSTAR was AMAZING. From beginning to end. The Front Desk was AMAZING. From having Enterprise pick me up to reassuring me that would handle EVERYTHING. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS DROP OFF MY TRUCK. They even finished the job a week earlier than planned & had it looking brand new. I will most certainly be a return client if I find myself in need of Auto Body work. BEFORE & AFTER

Just picked up my car after wrecked. My car looks great. The employees were all very nice and kept me informed. My car was finished earlier than expected. I will use this company for any future needs. My car was extensively damaged and it looks brand new now.
